E1 Curtain Bots randomly going offline when paired to M3 Hub

I have 5 E1 Curtain Bots at home. When paired with the M3 hub, despite zigbee signal strength of fair or good, some of them will go offline a few days after pairing. However, when paired them to the G410 doorbell hub, the E1 curtain bots do not lose connection and go offline. The G410 doorbell hub and the M3 Hub are literallity positioned only 10 cm apart.

Are there know problems between the E1 curtain bots and the M3 hubs?

Hello @mlaihk
Try linking your e1 motors by triple-clicking the button on the m3 hub and check the result.

I ended up moving the M3 hub next to the curtains to test if it is a signal strength issue or if it is a zigbee repeating issue. I have Z1 Pros in the room connecting to the same M3 hub and I suspect that the E1 bots are connecting to the M3 hub via repeating by the Z1 Pro, and that can be very unstable…

Will see how it goes.

Moving the M3 Hub closer to the E1 curtain bots does not solve the problem. One of my E1 curtain bots started going offline again after 21 days… The attached image shows that the logged signal strength was good to excellent before dropping offline…
