E1 Smart blind motor parts

Hi all
I have 3 E1 smart blind motors but I’ve broken a couple of the top covers.
Do you know if I can get replacements ?

If the warranty period is still valid and it was not your fault, then I think yes, but it would be better to contact customer support to find out the reasons for what happened. support@aqara.com

Hello,

I have 4 and one gives a problem from time to time. It stops rotating and cannot be controlled either by the buttons on the device or by Aqara Home. Workaround - I try to rotate it by hand in both directions and then it starts.

I contacted the local seller and they told me to send it in when this problem occurs again.
