I recently upgraded my Echo Dot, and while I’m excited about the new features, I’ve encountered some unexpected issues with music playback. When I ask it to play a specific song by an artist, it often shuffles in songs from other artists, which wasn’t a problem with my older Echo. Additionally, it sometimes continues playing music even after I’ve asked it to stop. Has anyone else experienced this, or do you know of a fix? I’d love to get back to the seamless experience I had before.
Another area I’m exploring is Zigbee range extenders. I’ve been using Leviton Z-Wave dimmers throughout my house without issues, but as I add more Zigbee sensors, I’m noticing connectivity problems upstairs. I’m considering the Leviton DG15S-1BW or the Enbrighten/GE/Jasco 43076 switches. The Leviton seems perfect for my bath fans, but I’m unsure if it acts as a Zigbee range extender. The Enbrighten explicitly states it extends the Zigbee signal, which is crucial for my setup. If anyone has experience with either, I’d appreciate your insights!
