Hi everyone, I recently purchased the new Echo Show 5, but unfortunately, it’s not working as expected. The device gets stuck at 0% while downloading updates, and I can’t seem to get it to work properly. I’m really disappointed because I was looking forward to using all the features it offers. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I would greatly appreciate any advice or solutions you might have. Thanks in advance for your help!
