Hi everyone, I’ve been using the Echo Show 1st gen for a while now and it’s been a great addition to my home. However, I recently upgraded to the Echo Show 15 and I’m facing some issues with the screen. After ending an alarm, the screen goes dark, and when it does light up, it’s mostly showing ads for things I don’t need. It’s a bit frustrating, especially after spending so much on the upgrade. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if there’s a way to make the screen stay on or customize the content it shows by default.
I’ve tried a few things like resetting the device and adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. Maybe there’s a setting I’m missing or a workaround someone else figured out. I’d love to hear your experiences and tips!
On a positive note, I’ve been really impressed with how the Echo Show integrates with other smart home devices. It’s been a great hub for controlling my lights, thermostat, and even my security cameras. I’m looking forward to seeing how it evolves and improves in future updates.
