Ecolink PIR Motion Sensor Configuration Issue

Hello everyone, I’m currently in the process of migrating my smart home setup from SmartThings to Home Assistant. I’m using a combination of Z-Wave and Zigbee devices, specifically the Nortek for Z-Wave and the Conbee II for Zigbee. While most of my devices have been working smoothly, I’ve encountered an issue with my Ecolink PIR motion sensors that I’m hoping someone can help me resolve.

I have four Ecolink PIR sensors, and the first three were configured without any problems. However, the fourth sensor is not being recognized correctly in Home Assistant. Specifically, the motion and tamper sensors are missing, although the binary sensor for ID 10 does show state changes when motion is detected. I’ve tried troubleshooting this by excluding the devices from SmartThings and re-including them, but the issue persists.

I’ve also explored the Zigbee Home Automation integration, but unfortunately, it hasn’t provided a solution. I’m now wondering if there’s a specific configuration step I’m missing or if there’s a known issue with this particular sensor model in Home Assistant.

If anyone has experience with similar issues or can offer some guidance, I would greatly appreciate it. I’m eager to get all my sensors working properly and would love to hear any tips or tricks you might have. Thanks in advance for your help!
