Hey everyone, I’m new to the SmartThings ecosystem and I’m currently trying to integrate an EcoLink Z-Wave tilt sensor for my garage door. The setup seems straightforward, but I’m running into some connectivity issues. The sensor is consistently showing as ‘open’ and while the LED blinks red when I tilt it, the signal isn’t reaching the SmartThings Hub. I’ve tested this right next to the hub to rule out distance issues, but the problem persists. Additionally, the SmartThings app keeps crashing, which is making the troubleshooting process even more frustrating. Has anyone encountered similar issues or has advice on how to resolve this? I’m really hoping to get this working smoothly to monitor my garage door effectively. Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!
