Hello everyone! 
I’m fairly new to the SmartThings ecosystem and have been absolutely thrilled with how much it has enhanced my daily life. So far, I’ve mainly focused on replacing traditional light switches and setting up automated routines, like turning lights on at sunset and off at bedtime. However, I now want to take my smart home setup to the next level by automating my thermostats.
Living in Florida, we face a unique challenge: needing to run the heat at night and the AC during the day. With multiple thermostats in my home, I’m seeking a SmartApp that can handle the following:
- When the exterior temperature drops to 60°F or below, switch the master thermostat to heat at 69°F, the kids’ thermostat to heat at 71°F, and the family room thermostat to heat at 70°F. Ideally, this would happen at 6:00 AM.
- When the exterior temperature rises to 75°F or above, switch the master thermostat to cool at 72°F, the kids’ thermostat to cool at 74°F, and the family room thermostat to cool at 75°F.
I currently use Zen thermostats and would love to know if there’s a SmartApp that can manage this setup seamlessly. Any recommendations or insights would be greatly appreciated!
