Elero Rollers and Zigbee Devices: Enhancing Connectivity and Reliability

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experience with integrating Elero rollers and Zigbee devices into my smart home setup. While the devices have been a great addition, I’ve encountered some connectivity issues that I thought might be useful to discuss with the community.

Initially, I found that some of my Elero devices would occasionally lose connectivity. However, a simple reconnect every few days seemed to solve the problem. On the other hand, my Zigbee devices have been a bit more challenging. Refreshing their status isn’t as straightforward, and sometimes removing and reassigning them is the only solution. Unfortunately, this doesn’t always work perfectly, as some devices remain as zombies in the system.

I’ve been exploring ways to improve the reliability and range of my HC3 system. One thing I’ve considered is optimizing the placement of my hubs to ensure better coverage throughout my home. Additionally, I’ve looked into firmware updates and any available settings that might enhance connectivity.

I’d love to hear from others who have successfully integrated a mix of Elero and Zigbee devices. Have you encountered similar issues? What strategies have worked for you in maintaining consistent connections? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reading, and I look forward to your insights.
