As a frequent user of Govee Home, I’ve noticed the recent update to V5.1 has brought some exciting features, such as enhanced profile customization and device management. I’m particularly impressed with the ability to share DIY projects and bios, which adds a personal touch to the platform. However, there’s one area where I believe improvement is needed: the devices page.
Currently, the devices page displays the most-owned device at the top, which for me is the H6179 RGB Bluetooth strip. While these strips are functional, they aren’t my favorite devices. I would love the option to manually reorder devices, perhaps creating a tiered list where my most-used devices are prominently featured. This customization would make navigation more intuitive and user-friendly.
I’m curious to hear if others share this desire for more control over their devices page. Any thoughts or suggestions on how this could be implemented would be greatly appreciated!
