Both devices have proven to be reliable and versatile, offering excellent coverage and accurate data transmission. However, I encountered an issue with the Aeotec sensors where data wasn’t consistently reaching my Homey hub, especially in areas with potential signal interference. After some research and adjustments, I found that placing the sensors closer to the hub and ensuring a clear line of sight significantly improved performance.### Automating Everyday TasksI’ve set up several automation scenarios to streamline my daily routine. One of my favorites is the motion-activated lighting system in my hallway. Using a motion sensor, the lights now automatically turn on when I walk by and dim after a few minutes of inactivity. This has been incredibly convenient, especially during late-night trips to the kitchen.Another automation I’ve enjoyed is the integration of my Nest thermostat with my smart lights.
