As someone who values both security and convenience, I’ve been exploring ways to enhance my outdoor lighting setup. One feature I’d love to see in outdoor security cameras is a base ring night light that operates around the clock. Imagine a light that not only illuminates the area but also adjusts its intensity and color based on the time of day or specific settings. This could be particularly useful for creating a welcoming ambiance during gatherings while maintaining security. I’ve noticed that some cameras dim their lights when no motion is detected, but I’d prefer these lights to remain off until motion is detected, saving energy in the process. Additionally, having a night light that provides 360-degree illumination right where the fixture is mounted could make the area around the camera more visible and safer. I’ve included a visual reference to help illustrate this idea. If anyone has similar thoughts or suggestions, I’d love to hear them! ![]()
