I’m reaching out to seek some clever solutions for optimizing my home security system using Sonos. Let me share my current setup and the challenges I’m facing.I’ve successfully integrated my Sonos system with SmartThings, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my smart home. When the Home Monitor detects an intrusion, the Sonos speakers kick in with an alarm. However, I’ve noticed two areas where I’d like to improve the system’s effectiveness:1. Alarm Pitch Adjustment: The current fire alarm sound, while attention-grabbing, isn’t as high-pitched as I’d like it to be. I’m wondering if there’s a way to upload a custom siren sound that’s more piercing and better suited to吓退 potential intruders.2. Extended Alarm Duration: The fire alarm only lasts about 20 seconds. I’d prefer it to continue playing for at least 60 seconds to ensure it has the desired deterrent effect. Does anyone know how to adjust the alarm duration within the SmartThings integration?I’ve explored the options provided by Sonos and SmartThings, but I’m hitting a bit of a wall. I’m curious if others have encountered similar issues and how they’ve resolved them.
