This was a bit concerning because I wanted to review events over a longer period. After some research, I found that upgrading to the Cam Plus subscription resolved this issue, allowing me to access events for up to 30 days. It’s a small inconvenience, but worth it for the peace of mind.
Another challenge I faced was downloading event videos directly to my phone. Initially, the option wasn’t appearing, even though notifications and sharing to other platforms worked fine. After checking permissions and ensuring the app was up to date, I discovered that clearing the app cache and reinstalling it fixed the problem. Now, I can easily download videos for review or sharing.
