Enhancing Sleep with Smart Lighting

I’ve been experimenting with different lighting setups to improve my sleep quality, and I’m excited to share my findings with the community.

For most of the time, I keep my bedroom lights off, but when I do need some illumination, I use my GOVEE Mini Aura set to 10% brightness with a deep red or warm white hue. Pairing this with my GOVEE Aura Table Lamp creates a soothing ambiance that helps me wind down before bed.

I’ve also set up my ceiling strip lights to 10% brightness on a deep red setting, which provides just enough light to navigate without disrupting my sleep cycle. Reading before bed has become a calming routine, and I find it easier to drift off with these subtle lighting adjustments.
