I recently got my fourth set of Govee lights, and they’ve completely transformed the ambiance of my space. I’ve been using them for a while now, and I must say, the quality and customization options are amazing. I can’t wait to post a picture once they’re all set up!
I’ve also been exploring ways to integrate my smart lighting with other devices. For instance, I’ve been thinking about creating lighting scenes for different occasions—like a cozy movie night or a vibrant party mode. It would be incredible to have a SmartApp that allows me to set specific brightness levels and color schemes for each scene. If anyone has any tips or recommendations, I’d love to hear them!
On a different note, I’ve been trying to get my Samsung TV to work with my smart home setup. I found a Python script called samsungctl that seems promising, but I’m not entirely sure how to set it up within SmartThings. If anyone has experience with this or knows of a better way to integrate the TV, please let me know!
