Hello everyone! I’m thrilled to share my recent experience with Govee products. I’ve been exploring smart home solutions, and Govee has truly impressed me with their innovative offerings.
I recently purchased the Govee Doorbell H7201+H7202, and I must say, it’s a fantastic addition to my home security setup. The customizable bell songs are a delightful touch, and I love how it integrates seamlessly with my existing system. Plus, the ability to monitor visitors from my phone is incredibly convenient!
Another product I’ve been enjoying is the Govee RGBW LED Strip. The color customization options are endless, and it’s so easy to set up using the Govee app. I’ve created beautiful lighting scenes for different occasions, and it’s been a hit during gatherings.
However, I have a feature request that I believe would enhance the user experience. I’d love to see an option to return lights to their previous state after an automation trigger. For instance, if I set my lights to white for security purposes, it would be wonderful if they automatically reverted to their original decorative mode after a certain period. This would save time and eliminate the need for multiple automations.
I’m curious to hear if others have similar needs or if there’s a workaround I haven’t discovered yet. Let’s discuss and maybe inspire some future features!
