Hello everyone! I’m thrilled to share my recent experience integrating Google Assistant with my Homey setup. After successfully connecting Alexa, I’ve been eagerly awaiting the Google Assistant integration, and it’s finally here! 
I followed the direct integration method as outlined in the Homey support docs, and it worked like a charm. The process was straightforward, and now I can control my devices with simple voice commands like ‘Hey Google, turn on the TV.’ The only thing I needed was the Homey app updated to version 2.3.0, which was a breeze to install.
For those who might be facing issues with device states not updating, I’d recommend checking your MQTT configurations or resetting the devices. I’ve also heard great things about using motion sensors to automate outdoor lights, which would be perfect for anyone looking to enhance their home security.
