Hi everyone, I came across this really interesting product called the Swiid cord switch. It looks sleek and modern, and I’m hoping it will integrate well with my existing smart home setup. Have any of you tried this before? I’d love to hear about your experiences or any tips you might have for a smooth integration.
I’ve been experimenting with smart lighting lately and wanted to share a quick tip. If you’re using sunrise/sunset offsets, make sure to test them thoroughly. I noticed that with certain offsets, my system was sending multiple commands, which was a bit overwhelming. Turning off the offsets simplified things a lot and worked more reliably.
On another note, I’m curious about others’ experiences with Zigbee versus Z-Wave. I’ve heard great things about both, but I’m not sure which one to prioritize. Any recommendations or success stories would be really helpful!
Lastly, I’m really excited about the upcoming release of openHAB 3.4. I’ve heard it’s packed with improvements and can’t wait to dive in. Have any of you had a chance to explore the new features yet? I’d love to hear your thoughts or any early impressions you might have.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experiences. It’s amazing to be part of such a supportive and innovative community!
