Hi everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with my new Aeotec hub and some challenges I’ve encountered. After struggling with my SmartThings WiFi hubs for two months, I decided to switch to the Aeotec hub. The initial setup was smooth, and all my devices with EDGE drivers worked perfectly. However, just a day later, I noticed that my Schlage locks started going offline one by one. Now, every time I check the app, more devices are offline. I tried excluding and re-adding them, but neither exclusion nor inclusion works on the hub anymore.
I’m curious if anyone else has faced similar issues with their Aeotec hubs or has any advice on how to resolve this. It’s a bit frustrating because I was really hoping this new hub would provide the reliability I was missing. Any tips or insights from the community would be greatly appreciated!
