Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the Shelly Motion 2 sensors. I recently installed two of these devices in my home, one in the bathroom and another in the hallway. However, I’ve noticed that both sensors are draining their batteries much faster than expected—only lasting about a week each. This is concerning because I rely on these sensors for motion detection to control my lights and other devices.
I set up the sensors with a 120-second blind time and configured them to detect motion both day and night. Despite these settings, the battery life hasn’t met my expectations. I’m curious if others have experienced similar issues or if there are any tips to optimize battery usage. Maybe adjusting certain settings or using a different configuration could help extend the battery life?
