Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with Wyze products and see if others have encountered similar issues. I live in Canada and have been trying to purchase some of their color-changing smart bulbs. What caught my attention was that the prices on the Wyze app seemed cheaper compared to their website. ~Weird, right?~ I thought it was a great deal, but when I tried to check out using PayPal, I kept getting error messages. To troubleshoot, I switched to using my credit card details, only to find out that the app doesn’t support Canadian addresses. That’s why the PayPal issues were happening in the first place!
It’s a bit frustrating because the prices are in USD, which is even more expensive when converted to CAD. I’m wondering if others in Canada or other regions have faced similar challenges. Why isn’t the app more inclusive of different locations? I’d love to see Wyze honor the lower prices they offer on the app and make the purchasing process smoother for international customers.
