Experiencing Random Night Vision Mode Switching on Wyze Cam V2

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the Wyze Cam V2. Overall, I’m really impressed with the camera’s performance and the video quality it provides. However, there’s one issue that’s been a bit of a nuisance for me. I’ve noticed that the night vision mode on my cameras keeps switching back to ‘Auto’ randomly, even though I’ve set it to ‘On’. This is particularly problematic because the clicking sound it makes when switching modes tends to wake my sleeping baby. I usually have the Wyze app running on my phone while she’s asleep, and I check the settings to ensure night vision is set to ‘On’. But after a short period, I hear the click, and the camera is back to ‘Auto’. Interestingly, the ‘Auto’ setting only shows up on the live stream page, and it always appears as ‘On’ in the advanced settings. This inconsistency is quite frustrating, as it makes the cameras less reliable for monitoring my baby. I’m curious if others are experiencing the same issue and if there are any workarounds or solutions out there. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time and support.
