Hi everyone, I’ve been having some trouble with my Wyze Cam Pro lately. The live feed is stuttering or freezing, and when I check the recorded events, some clips are missing, especially during deliveries. I suspect the stuttering happens during those times too. I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps, like formatting the MicroSD card and resetting the camera, but the issue still persists. My camera is using a Samsung 32GB microSD card, and my internet connection is stable at around 1GB download and 39Mbps upload. I’m using the latest firmware and the Wyze Cam app on Windows 10 Pro. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions for this issue? I’d really appreciate any help!
