First, I’ve been using the August Smart Lock for a while now, and it’s been a great addition to my smart home setup. However, I’ve noticed an issue where the auto-lock feature sometimes locks the door even when it’s still open. I’ve recalibrated the door sensor multiple times, but the problem persists. While I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback, I found it a bit frustrating because some questions didn’t have any options provided.
