Exploring BBC Radio 3 and Z-Wave Network Issues

Hey everyone, I’ve been diving into some smart home tech lately and wanted to share a few thoughts and experiences. First off, I’ve been trying to get BBC Radio 3 to work on my Echo Show through TuneIn, but it’s been giving me the runaround for the past few days. BBC Radio 4 works perfectly, and I can even stream BBC Radio 3 on the TuneIn website, so it’s definitely something specific to the Echo Show. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround? I’d love to get this sorted out as I really enjoy the programming on BBC Radio 3.

On another note, I’ve been experimenting with my Z-Wave network setup. I have a few secondary controllers and some devices that are taking their sweet time to update their ON/OFF statuses. This has been a bit of a pain point, especially when I’m using apps like Power Allowance. If the device status doesn’t update in real-time, it can lead to some unexpected behavior, like lights turning off mid-task. I’ve heard that adjusting polling intervals might help, but I’m not entirely sure how to go about it. Does anyone have tips on optimizing Z-Wave polling or ensuring more consistent updates?

I’d also love to hear about others’ experiences with integrating different smart home devices, especially when it comes to troubleshooting connectivity issues. The community here is always so helpful, and I’m hoping to get some insights that could save me from pulling out more hair than I already have!

Looking forward to your thoughts and solutions. Let’s keep the smart home journey fun and frustration-free! :rocket:
