Hey everyone! I’ve been diving into the world of smart home cameras and automations lately, and I wanted to share some of my experiences and tips with you all. 
First off, I recently set up a Wyze Cam Pan, and while it’s been a great addition to my security setup, I ran into a bit of trouble with connectivity issues. The camera would occasionally disconnect and start flashing blue and yellow lights, which was pretty frustrating. After some troubleshooting, I realized it was a network configuration issue. If anyone else is dealing with similar problems, I’d recommend checking the camera’s network settings and ensuring it has a stable connection. If that doesn’t work, a factory reset and重新配对 often does the trick! 
On the automation front, I’ve been playing around with setting up motion-activated lights using OpenHAB. It’s been a learning curve, but I’ve managed to get a basic setup working where the lights turn on when motion is detected and stay on for a few minutes. I’d love to hear from others who have more advanced setups or tips on optimizing these automations. 
Another thing I’ve been curious about is integrating different camera brands into a single system. I have a mix of Wyze and Arlo cameras, and while they both work well individually, getting them to play nice together has been a bit of a challenge. If anyone has experience with multi-brand integrations or knows of any tools that make this easier, I’d love to hear about it! 
Lastly, I’ve been exploring the use of WebRTC for camera streaming, especially since Wyze implemented it in their newer models. It’s been fascinating to see how this technology can enhance the user experience by allowing direct browser access to camera feeds without the need for additional devices like a Raspberry Pi. I’d love to hear others’ thoughts on WebRTC and how they’re utilizing it in their setups.
