I’ve been really enjoying the Wyze Bulb in my home, especially how versatile it is with scheduling. However, I’ve come across an interesting challenge that I’m hoping the community can help me with.
I love the idea of setting a countdown timer for the bulb to turn on, but I’ve noticed that it always comes on at the last brightness level used. I was wondering if there’s a way to customize the brightness when using the timer feature. For example, if I set a timer for the bulb to turn on in the evening, it would be fantastic if it could automatically adjust to a softer, more ambient brightness instead of the full intensity.
I’ve tried a few different approaches, like adjusting the brightness manually before setting the timer, but it doesn’t seem to hold when the timer kicks in. It just reverts to the last setting. I’m curious if others have encountered this and if there’s a workaround or a feature I might have missed.
This would be especially useful for creating a more relaxing evening atmosphere without having to manually adjust the brightness each time. I’m really hoping there’s a solution out there—I’d love to make the most of this feature!
Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!
