Exploring Govee Flood Lights and Smart Automation Tips

I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting lately, and I must say, the Govee Flood Lights have been a game-changer for me! :star2: I was setting them up outside my house when I decided to test their preset scenes indoors first. The Thunderstorm scene, for instance, is absolutely stunning—it creates such a calming ambiance. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!

On another note, I’ve been experimenting with Shelly BLU D/W for my garage door. It’s been a bit of a challenge getting the tilt angle to report consistently, especially after the door is fully open. I’ve tried scripts and even Beacon Mode, but it still takes a while. If anyone has tips or tricks, I’d love to hear them!

Switching gears, I’ve also been curious about temperature monitoring for my pipes. I’m looking for a sensor that can measure the actual pipe temperature, not just the ambient air. If anyone has recommendations, please share! :thermometer:

Lastly, I wanted to thank Govee for their amazing monthly contests! They’ve been so much fun, especially the carnival-themed games. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for next month! :tickets::tada:

Let’s keep the smart home journey exciting and full of discoveries! :bulb::sparkles:
