Hey everyone! I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting and integration lately, and I wanted to share some of my experiences and questions with you all.
First off, I’ve been playing around with the Govee H61B6 LED strips. They’re absolutely stunning, but I’ve run into a bit of a puzzle. The box came with two strips, and I’m not entirely sure how to connect them. Do I need a special connector? If so, where can I find one? I’ve been searching online, but it’s been a bit of a challenge. Has anyone here successfully connected multiple H61B6 strips? I’d love to hear your tips and tricks!
On another note, I’ve also been exploring the Inkbird integration for my smart home setup. I recently acquired the ITC-308 WiFi device, and I’m really hoping to get it working seamlessly with Home Assistant. Currently, the integration only supports Bluetooth devices, and I’m encountering the “No devices found on the network” error. I think it would be fantastic if the integration could be updated to support IP devices, as it would make scanning and adding devices much easier. If anyone has any insights or suggestions on how to troubleshoot this, I’d be grateful!
I’m also curious about how others have approached similar challenges. For instance, have you had success integrating non-Bluetooth devices into your smart home ecosystem? What tools or methods did you find most effective? I’m always on the lookout for new strategies to enhance my setup.
Lastly, I’d love to hear about your experiences with Govee products and any other smart devices you’ve successfully integrated. The more we share, the more we all can learn and improve our smart home setups!
Looking forward to your thoughts and advice. Let’s keep the conversation flowing! ![]()
