Speaking of smart home automation, I recently set up a system to monitor fuel prices at German gas stations using Tankerkoenig.de. It’s been a fantastic way to keep track of prices and plan my refueling stops efficiently. Here’s a quick overview of how I did it: - API Setup: I obtained an API key from Tankerkoenig.de and configured it to pull real-time fuel prices. - Rules Engine: I created rules to check the prices every 10 minutes and update my smart home dashboard accordingly. - DateTime Tracking: The system parses opening and closing times for each station, ensuring I only get updates when they’re operational. This setup has been incredibly helpful, and I’d love to hear if anyone has suggestions to improve it further! Another thing I’ve been experimenting with is the Room Lighting feature. I’m curious if it works with decimal values for timing. For example, can I set it to 0.75 minutes for a quick 45-second light activation? I’d love to hear if others have tried this and if it works as expected. Lastly, I wanted to share a tip for anyone dealing with corrupted files in their projects. I recently faced an issue with a corrupted main.c file, butLuckily, I had a backup and was able to restore it without too much hassle. Always keep those backups handy!
