Hi everyone! I’ve been really enjoying my Govee light sets, both the bulbs and the RGBIC strip lights. They’ve completely transformed how I decorate my home, especially during the holidays. However, I’ve noticed a slight issue with the lengths of the different light types. The strips run 65 feet, while the bulbs go up to 96 feet. This inconsistency makes it a bit tricky to synchronize their patterns when hanging them together. I’d love to see Govee offer more consistent lengths across their product lines, whether it’s extending the strips to 96 feet or keeping the bulbs at 65 feet. This would allow for a much smoother and more cohesive light display, especially when mixing different types of lights.
Another idea I’ve been tossing around is having bulb sets with double the number of lights. I’ve tried doubling up my current sets by layering them and offsetting them slightly, but it’s not quite the same as having a single set with twice as many bulbs. It would add so much more visual impact, and I’m sure others would appreciate this option too. I’m aware that this might increase the cost, but it would definitely be worth it for those looking to create a more extravagant display.
If anyone has any tips on how to work around these issues or has tried similar setups, I’d love to hear your thoughts! Keep up the amazing work, Govee! ![]()
