Hey everyone! I’ve recently started my journey into the world of smart lighting, and I’ve been absolutely thrilled with my Govee lights. 
I wanted to share my experience and some tips in case anyone else is looking to dive into this fun and creative space!I started with the Govee T2 75/85 inch kit, and I must say, the ease of installation was a big plus. The LED strips are USB-C powered, which made setup a breeze. I’ve placed them around my living room, and the customizable colors and brightness levels have completely transformed the ambiance of the space. Whether it’s a cozy evening or a vibrant get-together, the lights adapt perfectly to the mood.One thing I’ve been experimenting with is creating different scenes for various occasions. For instance, I’ve set up a calming blue scene for movie nights and a vibrant purple for when I want to set the mood for a party. It’s been a fantastic way to add personality to my home.However, I’ve noticed that after updating my Home Assistant Core, some of my scenes reset. This is a bit frustrating, especially since I’ve spent time customizing them for quick access on my Apple Watch. Does anyone else experience this issue? I’d love to hear if there’s a workaround or a solution to prevent the scenes from resetting after updates.Another tip I’d like to share is about using the Govee app. It’s incredibly user-friendly and offers a wide range of customization options. I’ve also found the community support to be amazing, with lots of helpful tips and tricks shared by other users.If anyone has creative ideas for using Govee lights in unexpected ways, I’d love to hear them!
