I wanted to share my recent experience with Govee outdoor light bulbs and some tips I’ve picked up along the way. First off, I’ve been eyeing these lights for a while, and I finally decided to give them a try. The setup was surprisingly straightforward, and the energy efficiency is impressive! 
One thing I’ve been experimenting with is creating automated routines using Home Assistant. For instance, I’ve set up motion-activated lights that turn on when someone approaches the front door. It’s not just about security—it’s also a nice touch for guests arriving after dark. 
I also wanted to mention a tip for anyone struggling with camera integration. I recently had an issue with one of my Wyze cameras not connecting via the Web View, even though it worked perfectly on the mobile app. After some research, I found that resetting the camera and re-adding it to the network did the trick! 
It’s a small fix, but it saved me a lot of frustration.
Another thing I’ve been curious about is the best way to manage multiple smart devices from different brands. I’ve been using Home Assistant to consolidate everything, but it can get a bit overwhelming. If anyone has tips on streamlining this process, I’d love to hear them!
