Hi everyone! I’ve been really impressed with Govee products, especially their LED strips. They’ve added such a nice touch to my home. I recently got the Govee Neon Rope, and it’s been a hit! However, I encountered an issue where the lights only showed red. After some troubleshooting, I realized it was a power adapter mix-up. Govee support was super helpful and guided me through the solution. It’s great to see such responsive customer service!
On another note, I’ve been dealing with some camera issues. My Wyze Cam v3 stopped recording events randomly. It was frustrating because everything seemed fine on the surface. I tried increasing sensitivity and even resetting the camera, but nothing worked until I unlinked and relinked it with my Plus account. It’s back to working perfectly now!
