Hello everyone, I wanted to share my recent experiences with Govee products and some insights into home automation. It’s been an exciting journey, and I hope you find this helpful!
I recently installed the Govee Glide Triangles (H6076) in my living room, and they’ve completely transformed the ambiance. The dynamic ripple effect is stunning, and the brightness is impressive enough to light up the entire room. However, I did notice some inconsistencies in color between panels, especially in white. This is a minor flaw, but overall, I’m very satisfied with the product and would recommend it to anyone looking to add a creative touch to their space.
On another note, I’ve been experimenting with automating my Govee devices alongside my existing Z-Wave setup. I encountered a bit of a challenge with my Z-Wave network slowing down after updating to version 2.5.2. After some troubleshooting, I realized it might be related to the firmware or configuration. I’m currently testing a clean install to see if that resolves the issue. If anyone has similar experiences or tips, I’d love to hear them!
Lastly, I stumbled upon an interesting open-source project for a climate sensor using ESP32. It’s been fascinating to see how others are contributing to the community by sharing their projects. If anyone is into DIY or wants to explore more technical aspects of home automation, I highly recommend checking it out.
Thanks for reading, and I hope this post sparks some ideas or discussions! ![]()
