I wanted to share my recent experience with the Govee Smart LED Bulbs. I’ve been using WiFi bulbs before, but the setup process always felt a bit cumbersome. That’s why I was really excited to try out the Bluetooth-only version from Govee.
Setup Experience
Plugging in the bulb was straightforward, and the app found it almost instantly. No need for complicated configurations or worrying about signal strength—Bluetooth made it seamless! I was especially impressed with the range. Even in my front lantern, which is quite far from my WiFi extender, the connection stayed stable.
Features I Love
- Scenes: The bulb comes with over 30 scenes, which is a huge plus for creating different moods.
- Brightness and Color Accuracy: The light quality is excellent, and the colors are vibrant.
A Small Wish
I’d love to see a Sunrise/Sunset timer option in the app. It would be perfect for creating a natural wake-up experience. Fingers crossed for a future update! 
Overall, I’m really happy with this bulb. It’s perfect for anyone looking for reliable, set-and-forget lighting. If you’re on the fence about trying Govee, I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot!
