Exploring Govee Tactical Flashlight and OpenHAB Delays

I’ve been really impressed with the Govee Tactical Flashlight since getting it a few months back. It’s been a lifesaver during some recent power outages caused by bad weather. The build quality is solid and the brightness is amazing for such a compact device. I’ve been using it both indoors and outdoors, and it’s held up perfectly so far.

On another note, I’ve been experimenting with OpenHAB on my Raspberry Pi and noticed some delays in rule execution. For example, when I trigger a light to turn on via motion detection, there’s sometimes a noticeable lag. I’ve tried tweaking the settings and optimizing my rules, but the issue still pops up occasionally. I’d love to hear if anyone else has experienced this and how they’ve managed to reduce or eliminate the delay.

Overall, I’m really enjoying diving into the world of smart home automation. It’s amazing how these devices can enhance our daily lives, from something as simple as a reliable flashlight to more complex automation setups. I’m excited to continue exploring and learning more about this fascinating field!
