Hey everyone! I’ve been curious about how Govee decides which products are available in certain countries. Does anyone have any insights into this? I’m not complaining, just really curious! ![]()

On another note, I’ve been working on integrating a fleet of Xerox printers into Home Assistant for better monitoring. The challenge I’m facing is decoding the SNMP data, specifically the error states. The data comes in as hexadecimal values, like \x80 for low paper or \x01\x04 for multiple issues. I need a way to split these values and map them to human-readable error codes. Any tips or tricks would be super helpful! ![]()

I’ve also come across some interesting discussions about using ESP32 instead of Arduino for custom hardware. It seems like a much more reliable option, especially for PoE setups. Anyone else experimenting with ESP32 for home automation projects? ![]()

Lastly, I’ve been exploring the use of Google Assistant routines to trigger actions in Home Assistant. For example, asking GA to play music could also turn on an amplifier via Broadlink. It would be awesome to link these built-in routines to additional actions without modifying them directly. Any ideas on how to achieve this?
