It’s been a bit of a learning curve, but I’ve found that ensuring all devices are on the same channel and using the latest firmware has made a world of difference. I’d recommend anyone going through a similar process to double-check these settings and maybe invest in a few more Zigbee repeaters to keep everything running smoothly.
Another thing I wanted to mention is the importance of community support. I’ve reached out to Govee’s customer service a couple of times, and they’ve been really responsive. They even offered to replace a faulty control box for my wall lights, which I’m really grateful for. It’s these little gestures that make me feel confident in continuing to explore Govee’s products.
