Exploring Homey's Weather Integration and Automation Tips

I’ve been exploring the weather integration on my Homey Pro and have some interesting observations to share! First off, I noticed that even without installing any dedicated weather apps, Homey seems to pull weather data seamlessly. I’m curious if it’s leveraging a service like AccuWeather or another provider? It would be great to understand the source behind this integration to ensure accuracy for my automations.

On another note, I’ve been experimenting with creating custom templates for my Tasmota sensors. Specifically, I’ve been trying to display energy consumption data on my dashboard. The sensor provides two decimal places, but I’d prefer to simplify it to a whole number for clarity. I’ve started creating a template sensor but feel like I’m missing a key step. If anyone has tips or templates they could share, I’d be grateful!

Additionally, I’ve been working on setting up motion-activated lighting using Hubitat. My goal is to have lights turn on when motion is detected and then automatically turn off after a period of inactivity. I’ve set up a rule that triggers during sunset to sunrise, but I’m a bit confused about the ‘additional motion sensors to keep on’ option. Does this mean I can link multiple sensors to extend the lighting duration? Any insights would be appreciated!

Overall, I’m really enjoying the flexibility of these integrations, but there’s always room to learn more. If anyone has faced similar challenges or has tips to share, I’d love to hear about your experiences!
