Hi everyone, I’ve been diving into the world of Home Assistant and wanted to share some of my experiences and questions with the community. 
First off, I’ve been using an Android IP Webcam setup for one of my home cameras, and it’s been working like a charm! The integration with Home Assistant is seamless, and I love how customizable it is. However, I’ve noticed that the motion sensor response time isn’t as real-time as I’d like. The graphs in the web UI show motion detection, but Home Assistant seems to get the trigger about 5 seconds later. I’ve tried tweaking the configuration, but I’m not sure if there’s a way to reduce this delay. Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated! 
Another area I’ve been exploring is camera integration. I’ve set up a few new V3 cameras recently, and while they’re great, I’ve encountered some quirks. For instance, I purchased CAMPLUS subscriptions to enhance their features, but I’m having trouble assigning them correctly. It seems like one subscription is stuck on a V2 camera, and I can’t transfer it to the V3. Has anyone else faced this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it? 
On a lighter note, I’ve also been experimenting with DIY projects and smart home automation. It’s amazing how much you can achieve with a bit of creativity and some helpful tools. I’d love to hear about any cool DIY setups or automation hacks others have tried!
