Exploring Multi-Carrier Phase Difference for Distance Calculation with Nordic Devices

Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a project that involves using the Nordic nRF52840DK development kit for both Bluetooth data transmission and distance measurement. I’m curious to know if it’s possible to utilize the multi-carrier phase difference method between the nRF52840DK and an nRF52840 dongle to calculate distance in real-time while simultaneously transmitting data to a user-created mobile app.

From what I understand, the multi-carrier phase difference method can provide accurate distance measurements by analyzing the phase differences of multiple carrier frequencies. However, I’m not entirely sure how to implement this alongside Bluetooth communication without causing interference or performance issues. Has anyone here worked on a similar project or have insights into the feasibility of this approach?

Any advice, resources, or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated! Looking forward to hearing from the community.
