I’ve been really impressed with how Hubitat has allowed me to integrate multiple Lutron Caseta Pro hubs into my smart home setup. As someone who’s been using Caseta for a while now, I’ve hit the 50-device limit and was curious if there was a way to expand beyond that. Turns out, Hubitat supports multiple hubs, which is fantastic for larger homes like mine.
I currently have my main hub in the center of the house with an extender in the master bedroom, but the range is still an issue, especially for the garage. The idea of adding another hub to cover those hard-to-reach areas is really appealing. It would solve the problem of the extender barely holding on and give me more flexibility in controlling lights across the house.
I’m also curious about the maximum number of hubs that can be added. If this works as smoothly as it seems, it could be a game-changer for my setup. I’d love to hear from others who’ve successfully used multiple hubs and any tips they might have for ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Overall, the potential to overcome range limitations and expand my smart lighting system is exciting. I’m looking forward to diving deeper into this and seeing how it transforms my home automation experience. Thanks to the Hubitat community for making this possible!
