I’ve been diving into the world of home automation lately, and I must say, it’s been an exciting journey! One of the things I’m most curious about is how to seamlessly integrate my OpenHab setup with Google Home. I’ve been using IFTTT to control my devices, but I recently came across the Rule Based Voice Interpreter and the Built-in Voice Interpreter options in OpenHab. I decided to give the Rule Based one a try, but I’m still unclear about how the Built-in option works. Does it offer more flexibility, especially with wildcards? I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with this setup. It would be fantastic if the Built-in Interpreter could handle text wildcards more effectively, as that would make my automation routines much smoother. If anyone has any insights or documentation to share, I’d be grateful!
