Hello everyone! I’m currently working on a project where our client is looking to avoid sending their data to external clouds, especially sensitive environments. After some research, I found that the Panel Server from Schneider Ecostruxure only offers two data export options: sending data to Schneider Cloud or using SFTP, which isn’t very practical for real-time data collection. However, I came across some information online suggesting that it’s possible to read data directly from the gateway’s IP address using Modbus tables and registers, provided the gateway is connected to the company’s internal network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
My question is: can we use this solution to retrieve real-time data and then store and log it externally using a third-party supervision software? I’m really curious to know if this approach would work and if anyone has experience with similar setups. Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
