I’ve integrated a Shelly Mini Gen3 into an LED lamp and paired it with a Shelly Blu Taster. Using the SmartControl app, I’ve set up a scene where a short press on the taster turns the lamp on, and a long press turns it off. It works perfectly, but I’m curious if there’s a way to enhance this setup further. Specifically, I’m thinking about implementing a feature where the taster’s action depends on the current state of the lamp. For example, if the lamp is off, a short press would turn it on, and if it’s on, the same press would turn it off. Is this something that’s achievable with the current setup? I’m eager to explore this and would love to hear from anyone who has successfully implemented such logic.
Another aspect I’m considering is the integration of multiple Shelly devices across different rooms. I’m wondering if there’s a way to create a unified control system that allows me to manage all devices seamlessly from one interface. This could be particularly useful for creating scenes that affect multiple rooms simultaneously, such as setting up a ‘Goodnight’ scene that turns off all lights and lowers the thermostat.
I’m also interested in learning about any creative uses others have found for their Shelly devices.
