It took a while to figure out, but contacting support resolved the issue. Always double-check your subscriptions! 
Another tip for anyone setting up smart cameras or lighting systems: test everything thoroughly before relying on it fully. I once had a camera that wouldn’t connect to my network, and it turned out to be a firmware issue. Flashing it to the latest version did the trick!
