Hi everyone, I’ve been diving into the world of smart gardening lately and wanted to share some exciting findings and tips that might interest you!

I set up a time-lapse camera to document the growth over 30 days, and it’s truly amazing to see how everything comes together. Despite some initial challenges with power and Wi-Fi outages, the system has been remarkably resilient. It’s a great example of how technology can enhance even the simplest aspects of daily life.
On another note, I’ve been exploring cost-effective ways to integrate more smart devices into my home. One solution I stumbled upon is using a Raspberry Pi with an RS485 board for just $16. It’s been a game-changer for connecting multiple buttons and switches without breaking the bank. The ability to use a BUS system means I can control various devices with minimal wiring, which is both efficient and neat. I also wanted to touch on the Echo Show 15’s sticky notes feature, which I’ve been using to keep track of daily tasks. While there were some initial hiccups with the widget not loading properly, a quick reset and reload fixed the issue. It’s now an indispensable part of my morning routine, helping me stay organized without any hassle.
Lastly, I’ve been experimenting with Shelly devices and must say, they’ve exceeded my expectations. The Shelly 1L, in particular, has been a reliable addition to my setup. If anyone is considering integrating Shelly into their smart home, I’d highly recommend giving it a try!
