Hi everyone, I’m really excited to share my recent journey into the world of smart home automation! 
I’ve been experimenting with integrating a temperature sensor from eWelink into my Home Assistant setup, and it’s been both challenging and rewarding.
I purchased this sensor with the intention of controlling my water heater pump, ensuring it only activates when the water reaches a certain temperature. The sensor itself is straightforward—it measures temperature and triggers actions based on that data. However, the integration part has been a bit tricky since it doesn’t work with Zigbee out of the box. I’m curious if anyone here has successfully integrated eWelink devices into their Home Assistant setup and could share their experience or tips. 
On a lighter note, I’ve also been exploring smart lighting solutions for my home. My kids absolutely love how the lights can change colors and sync with music, making family movie nights even more fun! 
It’s amazing how such small additions can bring so much joy and convenience to daily life. I’d love to hear how others are using smart lights in creative ways. 
Another project I’m working on involves setting up an automation scene for my morning routine. I want my coffee machine to start brewing as soon as I turn on the lights in the kitchen. It’s all about creating those little moments of convenience that make life easier. If anyone has tips on how to refine such automations, I’d be thrilled to learn more! 
Lastly, I wanted to share a quick tip I discovered while troubleshooting my devices. Sometimes, simply checking for firmware updates or resetting a device can resolve unexpected issues. It’s a good reminder to always start with the basics before diving into more complex solutions.
